Not even sure why this one is rated R, besides two curse words and a bit of "violence" or disturbing imagery. The only sexual content is two people kissing, lovingly in bed before falling asleep. I'd say it's safe to watch with your parents if you can stomach some shirtless cuddling/kissing (no nudity shown).

Plot Summary
