THIS MOVIE, MAN- WHEW.
I watch it every Halloween when I'm bored and snuggled up on the sofa with my giant bag of candy and let me tell you, it's actually really good. The majority of it (minus that one scene with the lady and the trucker- the latter of the two being played by one of the directors) is actually really cool and it's interesting learning WITH the character (Tom Hanniger) as you watch it. It's like Third-Person Limited- you know what's happening on the outside but you don't really get a feel for how Tom's handling it until almost the end. And when everything is summed up maybe about ten or so minutes before the ending it definitely feels like somewhat of a shock.

Plot Summary
Ten years ago, a tragedy changed the town of Harmony forever. Tom Hanniger, an inexperienced coal miner, caused an accident in the tunnels that trapped and killed five men and sent the only survivor, Harry Warden, into a permanent coma. But Harry Warden wanted revenge. Exactly one year later, on Valentine’s Day, he woke up…and brutally murdered twenty-two people with a pickaxe before being killed.
